     To assist the Board in its oversight of the integrity of the BHC’s clinical and non clinical auditng and risk,  reporting,   including supporting the Board in meeting its responsibilities regarding corporate statements and the internal reporting systems and internal controls.  BHC will also support and contribute to local Social care & NHS policy & planning, and the impact that these have in meeting local needs and reducing health inequalities and poor outcomes

     To assist the Board in its financial oversight of the integrity of the BHC’s financial reporting, including supporting the Board in meeting its responsibilities regarding financial statements and the financial reporting systems and internal controls. 

    One of the key roles of the finance committee is primarily to provide  the creation and monitoring of internal controls and accountability policies.

    Is responsible for collaborating, scrutinising & sharing national guidelines, healthprovider’s strategies, developing plans, policies & services directly relevant to the governement health and well-being priorities whilst 'supporting & safeguarding the most vulnerable adults  and families’ and ‘reducing health inequalities’.    SubCommittees are:
